Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) is shifting its AI governance work from explaining principles toward helping organizations put them into practice.

Through the AI Governance Practice Center, this includes readiness and impact assessments, risk analysis, advisory services, governance design, and testing and assurance. The AI Ethical Impact Assessment Playbook adapts international ethics approaches to Thai contexts, while applications include education, justice, finance, and banking. The effort connects broad responsible-AI principles with practical decisions about how AI systems are evaluated and deployed in Thailand.
