Wrightstown Residents Oppose Possible Cloverleaf Data Center

Cloverleaf Infrastructure is exploring a potential AI data center exceeding 1 gigawatt in or near Wrightstown, Wisconsin, but no formal application or confirmed site has been announced.

Residents have challenged the developer and village officials over early discussions, possible effects on water, land use, noise, roads, and rural character, while Wrightstown considers zoning changes and a non-binding referendum. A separate 640-acre proposal in Iron County, Utah, shows similar tensions over water use, project conditions, and public uncertainty, but is not part of the Wrightstown project.
