Flex has agreed to acquire EPC Power for $4.

4 billion, subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. EPC’s 800V power architectures, rectifiers, controls, and conversion systems are aimed at data centers with rising power density, while also serving grids, storage, and microgrids. The deal would expand Flex’s power infrastructure business before a planned 2027 spin-off, although the transaction and future corporate structure remain pending.
