5 million-square-foot data center campus on 410 acres across from Parkland High School in South Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania. Revised plans reduce the number and total size of buildings and lower projected traffic, but still require an electrical substation, emergency generators, new roads, and solutions for the site’s lack of public water and sewer. Township planners have identified unresolved issues, while residents and school officials continue to question the project’s effects on students, traffic, noise, power use, water, and nearby land.
