NVIDIA Funds Lancium Power Campus

NVIDIA plans to invest up to $3 billion in Lancium, a power infrastructure developer operating the 1,000-acre Clean Campus in Abilene, Texas.

The proposed deal includes an initial $2 billion investment for about 20% of Lancium and a conditional $1 billion tied partly to additional grid interconnections. The investment would give NVIDIA a more direct role in securing power, land, and related capacity for AI data centers, including the first operating Stargate site.
