Link Logistics is exploring a data center exceeding 50 megawatts in southeastern Sacramento and has discussed power, grid upgrades and feasibility with SMUD. The project has not received a city application and would require zoning changes, entitlements and environmental review because Sacramento’s current code does not permit data centers.
