Secondaries Bring Liquidity To Energy Transition
Coverage from MarketScreener, New Private Markets, and others

Alantra has launched Horizon Secondaries, a roughly €120 million vehicle focused on buying stakes in established energy-transition companies from existing shareholders.
Its initial transaction involves about 10 growth companies previously backed by Shell Ventures across North America, Europe and Asia. The strategy creates a liquidity route for shareholders while providing capital continuity for companies that are still scaling, and extends Alantra’s existing energy-transition investment platform into secondary markets.
