ZOLL Medical Breach Settlement

ZOLL Medical has agreed to a proposed $3.

5 million class action settlement over a January 2023 breach that affected personal information belonging to some customers, patients, and employees. Eligible notice recipients may receive reimbursement of documented losses up to $5,000 or fixed/pro rata payments tied to whether Social Security numbers were potentially exposed. Claims are due September 2, 2026, while final court approval is scheduled for September 10, 2026.
