Yellow Faces Lawsuit Over Delayed Breach Notice

Yellow Corporation disclosed that unauthorized parties accessed and exfiltrated files containing sensitive employee and former-employee information, including Social Security numbers, identity documents, financial data, and medical information.

Former workers have since filed a proposed class action alleging that Yellow waited roughly 15 months to provide notice, intensifying concerns about identity theft, fraud exposure, and breach-response obligations during the company’s bankruptcy proceedings.
