Turner Construction Data Breach

Turner Construction disclosed that unauthorized access to its systems between July 2 and July 15, 2026 exposed files containing sensitive personal information.

Notices identified at least 6,098 California residents and 38 Vermont residents, with exposed data including Social Security numbers, birth dates, salaries, addresses, and direct-deposit bank information; passport numbers may have affected a smaller group. The incident also drew a data-theft claim from the Payouts King ransomware group, while Turner offered five years of identity protection and credit-monitoring services.
