Reported exposed data includes names, dates of birth, personal health information, and, in some accounts, government identification and financial-related identifiers. Sandhills Medical investigated with cybersecurity and forensic specialists, notified affected individuals, and offered credit monitoring, while a law firm examined potential claims.
