MyDr Breach Exposes Polish Health Data

A cyberattack against Polish healthcare software provider MyDr may have exposed records linked to approximately 18.

8 million people and more than 12,000 healthcare providers. Potentially affected information includes PESEL identification numbers, contact details, prescriptions, diagnoses, and other medical records, with much of the data reportedly dating from 2024 or earlier. Polish authorities are investigating the incident, assessing the scope of exposure, inspecting MyDr, and taking steps to protect connections to national e-health infrastructure.
