Microsoft Embeds Copilot Memory in Edge

Microsoft is expanding Copilot within Edge across desktop and mobile, allowing the assistant to use open tabs, browsing history, past chats, and other browser context to provide more personalized answers and tools.

The integration increases the usefulness and continuity of browser-based AI, but also expands the privacy surface by linking user activity and long-term memory to Copilot features.
