Lucent Health Breach Settlement

Lucent Health Solutions agreed to a class action settlement addressing claims that an October 2023 cyberattack exposed personal and protected health information belonging to approximately 37,000 people.

The proposed agreement provides cash payments, reimbursement for documented losses, and three years of identity-theft monitoring, subject to final court approval. Claims are due September 5, 2026, with a final approval hearing scheduled for September 9 in Nashville.
