HaveIBeenFlocked Exposes Plate Searches

HaveIBeenFlocked launched a public lookup tool using released Flock Safety audit logs to show whether manually entered license plates appeared in recorded searches by police agencies, schools, communities, and businesses.

The database includes more than 4.6 million plate records linked to roughly 242 million searches, but results are delayed and may be incomplete or redacted. The tool increases public visibility into a nationwide vehicle-surveillance system amid allegations of unauthorized officer searches and changes to Flock’s safeguards.
