Central Maine Healthcare has agreed to a proposed settlement exceeding $1.

3 million to resolve a class-action lawsuit stemming from a 2025 network intrusion. The incident may have exposed personal and health information belonging to patients, with notification sent to more than 218,000 people and other reporting citing a potentially affected population of more than 450,000. Eligible claimants may receive compensation based on documented losses and access to medical-record monitoring, subject to court approval.
