Apple American Group Employee Data Breach

Apple American Group LLC and Apple American Group II LLC disclosed that an unknown actor accessed company servers and files in Ohio on April 8–9, 2026.

The incident may have exposed sensitive information belonging to current and former employees, including Social Security numbers, financial details, health records, and biometric data, with 2,992 Vermont and approximately 4,954 Rhode Island residents identified in reporting. Notifications began in August, roughly four months after the intrusion, while the total number of affected individuals and the full scope of exposed information remain unclear.
