Russian Upyr Drone Chief Wounded

Uraldronzavod director Vladimir Tkachuk was seriously wounded and his driver was killed when his car exploded near Yekaterinburg, Russia.

Uraldronzavod produces low-cost first-person-view drones used by Russian forces and valued for resistance to electronic jamming. Russian authorities have not publicly attributed the attack, leaving the perpetrators and motive unresolved while raising security concerns around Russian drone manufacturing personnel.
