Radar Targets Hard-to-Detect Drones topic image

Arbe Robotics has launched Alerion, a compact solid-state 4D imaging radar designed to detect and track small drones, including FPV, autonomous, and fiber-optic-controlled aircraft.

Unlike systems that depend on radio emissions, Alerion is intended to identify drones directly and support fixed, vehicle-mounted, portable, and distributed counter-UAS deployments. The launch marks Arbe's expansion from automotive radar into defense and homeland-security markets, but independent evidence of operational performance and customer adoption remains limited.
