Mojave Tests Battlefield Trail Operations

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and Hanwha Aerospace demonstrated the Mojave medium-altitude, long-endurance drone operating between a conventional runway and a rough military maneuver trail near Pocheon-si, South Korea.

The trial showed the aircraft landing and taking off from terrain used by tanks and artillery while being controlled from ground stations. The demonstration supports a concept for forward reconnaissance, weapons delivery, resupply, Air-Launched Effects, and counter-UAS missions, but production development and flight testing remain planned rather than completed.
