Investigations have traced reported pathways through companies in China and international distributors, including routes involving Hobbywing, Harxon, and Shenzhen Xingkai Technology, with some suppliers or intermediaries facing sanctions while others remain outside major restrictions. These cases illustrate how commercially available components can move through complex procurement networks and support navigation, flight control, and communications in Russian unmanned aircraft.
