The incidents involved aircraft believed to have crossed from or been affected by activity near Belarus and Russia, but the operators and missions remained unresolved. They are increasing pressure on Baltic states and NATO to improve surveillance, attribution, and lower-cost counter-drone responses along the alliance’s eastern flank.
